Who we are

Formlune is an independent digital design studio operated by Alex, a developer based in mainland China. Alex is the creator's public developer name. For product, privacy and legal enquiries, contact support@formlune.com.

What you receive

Mac Folder Icons contains static ICNS files for manually customising folders on macOS, together with installation and restoration instructions and the product licence. Your purchase covers only the theme, version and file count described on the product page and receipt. No application, installer, wallpaper, automatic folder operation, subscription or future theme entitlement is included.

Review the product requirements and installation guide before purchasing. Try the sample where available. Use folders you own or have permission to change; do not disable macOS security protections.

Orders and delivery

When sales are available through Creem, Creem acts as merchant of record and contractual reseller. Its Buyer Terms govern checkout, payment and its customer portal; if those terms conflict with our product-specific terms, the Creem Buyer Terms prevail. Formlune provides the product and product support.

The checkout shows the total and applicable taxes before payment. Use an accurate email address to receive the receipt and customer-portal access. After payment confirmation, files are made available through the delivery route shown at checkout. If an email or download is missing, contact us with your order reference. Do not purchase again solely to recover a missing file.

Keep your own backup. We do not promise perpetual download hosting, but this does not limit remedies for a failed or faulty delivery.

Permitted use

The product licence permits one person to use the delivered files on up to two Macs they own or are authorised to use, including their own professional desktop. Redistribution, resale and supplying source files to a team or clients are not included.

The artwork is created with AI-assisted workflows and selected and prepared for the product. We do not promise that each element is unique, exclusive or independently copyrightable. Apple, Mac, macOS and Finder are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Formlune is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Support, refunds and your rights

For installation, delivery or product problems, email support@formlune.com. Please provide the order reference, macOS version, theme and error message; omit private folder contents and payment-card details. Our refund policy explains the available process.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective content, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Applicable statutory rights and access to competent courts remain available. We do not impose a separate mandatory arbitration provision.

Changes

We may update these pages for future use and purchases. The version presented when you purchase governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Material changes will be identified on this page.
