Refund policy
How to request help or a refund for a Formlune digital download.
Digital downloads: no change-of-mind returns
Our icon packs are digital files. Once the files have been delivered, we do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges because you change your mind. Please check the previews, included files, macOS requirements and installation guide before purchasing, and try the sample where available.
This policy does not exclude cancellation rights or remedies required by applicable law, or rights under the payment provider's applicable buyer terms.
Missing, damaged or incorrect files
If files are missing, cannot be opened or differ materially from the description, contact us. We will investigate and help recover the correct download or supply a working copy. Where applicable law requires a price reduction or refund, we will arrange that remedy. You do not need to disclose private folder contents. These remedies are separate from change-of-mind requests.
How refunds are processed
For a Creem purchase, contact us through the address on this page or your receipt. We arrange approved refunds through Creem and the original payment route. Your bank or payment method determines when the credit appears; we cannot promise immediate arrival. If an issue remains unresolved, contact Creem through its customer portal or buyer support process.
After a refund
For a full refund that ends the purchase, stop using and remove the refunded paid files and backup copies unless applicable law or an agreed remedy permits otherwise. Access to future downloads may be withdrawn. We cannot remotely remove files already stored on your device, and do not claim that they automatically disappear.
Mandatory rights
Applicable consumer rights remain in place. Where immediate digital delivery requires your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose a withdrawal right, these must be obtained and confirmed as required by law. Delivery alone does not establish that those requirements have been met. Nothing here prevents remedies or payment-dispute rights provided by applicable law.
