Who handles your information

Formlune is an independent digital design studio operated by Alex, a developer based in mainland China. Alex is the creator's public developer name. We are responsible for the information we use to run this website and provide product support. Contact support@formlune.com for privacy requests.

Browsing and local features

This static website is hosted through Cloudflare. Serving and protecting it involves technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and network or security events. Cloudflare may process reliability reports generated under its network-error reporting headers.

We do not add advertising trackers or behavioural analytics, operate a website account system, or sell visitor information. Fonts and product previews are served with the website. Theme matching runs in your browser; it is not submitted as a customer profile. Theme links may appear in your browser history and ordinary hosting requests. The website does not read your Mac folders or upload their contents.

Our website code does not set tracking cookies or persist your choices in local storage. External services you choose to visit, including checkout, have their own cookie and storage practices.

Support messages

When you email us, we receive your email address, display name, message and attachments you choose to send. We may ask for an order reference, macOS version or error message to resolve your request. Our mailbox is hosted by Feishu Mail. Do not send card numbers, passwords, identity documents or private folder contents as part of ordinary support.

We use these messages to respond, resolve delivery and refund issues, and maintain necessary service records. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Purchases through Creem

When checkout becomes available, Creem processes the purchase as merchant of record. Its payment providers handle payment credentials; Formlune does not collect full card numbers or card security codes. We may receive or access order references, customer contact information, purchased items, transaction amounts and statuses, and information needed for support, refunds and required records.

Creem is responsible for its checkout and customer-portal processing under its privacy policy. This policy describes our use of the information made available to us, not control over all of Creem’s systems.

Purposes and sharing

We use relevant information to provide the website and purchased product, answer enquiries, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where a law requires a lawful basis, these activities rely as applicable on performing a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in reliable and secure service, or consent where required.

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, email and payment providers, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. Providers may process information in countries different from yours, including mainland China and other locations in their service networks. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider, processing and law; contact us for information relevant to your request.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for its purpose, applicable recordkeeping requirements and unresolved claims. Support enquiries, transaction records and disputes can require different retention periods according to their purpose and applicable obligations. Provider retention schedules differ.

Access is limited to operating and supporting the business. We use the security controls available in our hosting, email and payment services, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Contact support@formlune.com. We may need proportionate verification of the request and may retain information where legally required. You may also complain to your competent privacy regulator. Requests about data controlled by Creem can be directed to Creem.

Our product is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed. We will update this policy when our actual processing changes.
