Working license grant
The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered folder icons in personal and professional Finder workflows and to keep one unchanged backup copy. The buyer receives usage rights, not ownership of the artwork or source assets.
Working restrictions
- Do not share, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or upload the files.
- Do not include them in another icon pack, app, template, course, asset library, or downloadable product.
- Do not use them as a logo or trademark, claim authorship, or sell modified versions.
- Do not provide the files to an AI training dataset or third-party generation service.
Product boundary
The package contains data files for manual Finder use. It does not include an app, installer, script, account, analytics, network feature, or batch operation. It never requires disabling Gatekeeper or System Integrity Protection.
Open legal decisions
- Publisher legal name, address, support contact, and governing law.
- Territory-specific digital-content consent and refund wording.
- Alignment with the selected Merchant of Record and recovery system.
- Final acceptance of liability, termination, and professional-use language.
