Mac Folder Icons licence

Scope

This license covers only the ICNS files delivered with the identified sample, single-theme or nine-theme collection. Formlune is the studio name used by Alex, the creator's public developer name. Product support is available at support@formlune.com. For purchases through Creem, its Buyer Terms identify the contractual reseller.

Permitted use

One person may use the delivered artwork to customize folders on up to two Macs they own or are authorized to use, including their own work desktop. They may keep backup copies and show the resulting desktop in ordinary screenshots or videos. These uses do not permit sharing the source icon files, using the artwork as a resale product, or supplying icons to clients or a team. A team or redistribution license is not included.

The free sample carries the same use restrictions. It does not license the paid collection. The license is non-exclusive; it grants permitted use, not ownership of the artwork or an exclusive design.

Restrictions

Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload the downloadable icon files publicly, bundle them in another asset pack, or distribute modified icon files. Do not sell the icons as your own originals. Personal local customization does not grant a right to distribute derivatives.

What is included

The purchase is for the version and theme scope stated on the receipt. No executable App, wallpapers, automatic installation, batch workflow, subscription, perpetual hosting guarantee or future theme entitlement is implied. Backup downloads are recommended.

AI and source rights

The artwork was created using an AI-assisted workflow, then selected and prepared for this product. This license grants only rights that Formlune can grant; it does not claim that every AI-generated element is copyrightable, unique or exclusive, or transfer third-party rights.

Support, refunds and mandatory rights

Use the support and refund process stated on the purchase page and receipt. This license does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for content that is faulty, not delivered or materially different from its description. It does not require buyers to waive those rights to request support.

End of permission

If a material breach is not remedied after a reasonable notice where required, permission may end. Stop distributing and using the files as directed by applicable law and the final agreement. Refund and dispute outcomes follow the provider and applicable consumer rules.
